Bihar: Police arrested the dealer doing black marketing of ration, sacks of rice confiscated

Supaul: In the Corona period, there is no problem of food for poor people, so Prime Minister Narendra Modi has announced to give free ration to all ration card holders till Diwali. But some PDS dealers are busy killing the rights of the poor. Instead of giving the free ration from the government to the card holders, they are selling it in the market. The latest case is from Supaul district of Bihar, where on the first morning of Thursday, the police arrested two people, including a dealer, who was doing black marketing of government ration. At the same time, a pickup loaded with rice has also been seized from the spot.

It is alleged that as soon as the consignment of free food grains is received, he gets involved in black marketing. Angered by this, the villagers caught the dealer red-handed selling rice to another buyer on the first morning of Thursday. Villagers informed the police about the dealer's dark exploits.

After getting the information, the police of Sadar police station reached the spot and seized the rice laden vehicle and brought the dealer and buyer to the police station. Local people allege that dealer Mo. Gulzar did not give ration to many families of the village for six months. was. At the same time, those who were given ration were also given less food grains per unit.

On receiving the information, the police reached the spot and nabbed the dealer and the buyer. FIR is being registered against both. An application was received against the dealer even two days ago, in which the villagers had accused the dealer of black marketing. The matter is under investigation. After verification  the dealer's license will be cancelled.
